BREAKERS,

 

I just received word that our first game in the Howard County Fall Lax League will be THIS Monday night at 8:00PM. Directions to the Rockburn Branch Park field can be found here http://www.breakerslax.com/locations.php#41 (Remember it's a turf field, so bring appropriate shoes).

 

I have also updated the calendar with the first game info, and will post the entire schedule once I have it.

 

It seems that there has been some difficulty in setting up a schedule (because I found out they actually have 9 teams). Mike Milani, the league organizer, is working up a schedule that will probably have a team each week with a bye - which would probably extend the season by a few weeks/games. All tentative, but he also said that he is contemplating running games on Wednesdays as well (and since I will be meeting with him before the first game, if you have an opinion, let me know).

 

Remember that unless I get the reversibles, for the first couple of games, we will be wearing our regular BREAKERS jerseys. After that, we will be wearing new reversibles for the games (if you aren't playing in Laxtoberfest, you can purchase them from me for $20).
