The 2007 Spring MMLL Season is Upon Us!

Guys,,,
Well, as you know, we are getting locked-and-loaded for another great Spring season of the Maryland Masters Lacrosse League!
The roster is full (as usual), but I think that with the full-year of playing together and some strong additions we are ready to take the next step up the league ladder and begin seriously challenging all teams.
I am really jazzed that (1) the Winter is coming to an end and (2) the season is upon us - as I am excited to see the team we put on the field this year thrive!
The start of the season is only 2+ weeks away, so in case you haven't been keeping up with your conditioning (nudge, nudge) I will post a couple of running and strength tips for all the "couch potatoes" as well as a few plyometric and running exercises that (if you have the time) you can work on the nest couple of weeks to really give yourself a nice "pop" out there on the field.
Wanted to make sure and tell you that we have decided to play the Spring using our Breakers reversibles which y'all purchased for the Laxtoberfest tournament. If you did not get one at Laxtoberfest you will need to get one, they cost $20 (and there are about 9 numbers left). Also, we decided that for the Spring, we will play in our last year's maroon Gait shorts, so if you dont have them you will need to pick those up as well for $25 - and I will be sending a separate email and link to where you can buy them both.
Finally, for those of you who love the "Breakers Swag" your Spring dues this year, we have about $50 worth of great gear for you - that I plan to hand out at or after the first game.
